amazing poolcomfortable sunbedsfriendly stafflimited minibar
i enjoyed the amazing pool and very comfortable sunbeds. soft towels were always available. i found the staff friendly across all areas, from reception to the bars. the food tasted great!!!
the minibar selection was quite limited. it only offered two cans of beer along with soft drinks and water. more variety would improve this.

The location near the airport was convenient since it only took about 10 minutes by taxi.
The water in the main restaurant tasted strongly of sewerage it was undrinkable. I was told it was tap water. I bought bottled water instead.

convenient situationcomfortable bedchaotic process
i found this all inclusive hotel a good option for a family vacation. it was convenient for our family celebration because we were a large group. the food was great and i thought the pools were always clean. i also enjoyed the comfortable bed in my room.
Check-in was disorganized. People in our group were assigned rooms, but they were already occupied. this chaotic process could be improved. i suggest a more efficient system to ensure rooms are actually available.

The hotel décor was very stylish. It exuded class in every corner, from the lobby to the rooms. The hotel had a lovely perfumed scent, especially noticeable in the corridors and bathrooms! The beds were comfortable, and I almost wanted to take the pillows home with me. Spa treatments added an extra layer of relaxation.
The area surrounding the hotel didn't offer much, but the hotel was so wonderful, that we only ventured out once .
