Our stay at the hotel was just wonderful! The staff were incredibly attentive, and we were greeted with warm smiles. The kids loved the pools and kids' areas, making it a perfect family getaway. However, while the room was spacious and comfortable, I felt some renovations could enhance its appeal. Dining was a mixed bag; some meals were fantastic, but others could use improvement, particularly during busy times.
